This Indenture, Made this 13th day of July A.D.
1911, between Mabel Sanchez of Gainesville of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first part, and
J.A. Phifer of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One dollar, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge
have granted, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right
title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the
first spart have in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land towit: Lot 17 of Sanchez replat of subdivision of
South half of Block 11 of Brown's Addition to the City of
Fla. Said lot seventeen measuring 95 feet East and West on
Court St. and 77 feet North and South on Howard St. Also
described Lot numbered as Lot - ... of Sanchez replat of the
South half of Block (11) of Brown's Addition to Gainesville.
Said lot...being a part of Block # 1 of said replat.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, inter-
est, and claim whatever of the said party of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has here-
unto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written.
