County of Philadelphia } I Hereby Certify, That on this Twenty-
fourth day of April AD 1911, before me, personally appeared
Hugh Mulligan and Josephine his wife, to me known to be
the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instru-
ment, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned. And the said Josephine Mulligan the wife of
the said Hugh Mulligan on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband, acknowledged that
she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing her dower and right of dower and
conveying her separate estate in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and released
and that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.
     Witness my hand and official seal the date aforesaid.

      This Indenture, made this 12th day of April, AD 1911,
between the Atlantic Lumber Company, Incorporated, of the
County of Levy and State of Florida, party of the first part, and
Jerry Gaskins of County of Alachua, State of Florida, party of
the second part;
      Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Dollars,
lawful money of to it paid by said party of second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has hereby granted, bar-
gained, sold, conveyed and confirmed unto the said party of
the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, the certain
land in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, described
as follows, to-wit: Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section Four
