in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars, to me in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, and sold to
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described land towit:-
 Commencing at the N.E. corner of the lot now occupied
by F.C. Reinhardt, and more particularly known as the
Blanton lot, and running North (25) Twenty five feet
thence West (30) Thirty feet, thence South (25) Twenty five feet
thence East (30) Thirty feet to point of beginning in the
Town of Wade, Alachua Co. Florida in the N.W. 1/4 of SW 1/4
Sec. 33 Township 8, Range 17 East.
  And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
  In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first
above written.

of March A.D. 1907 before me a Notary Public personally

veyance to her, and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned.
