(4) in Township Eight (8) South, Range Twenty (20) East; containing
forty (40) acres, more or less.
    Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise incident to or
appertaining, same and except, if any, the reservations hereinbefore set
forth.
    To Have and To Hold said above described land and premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
    The said party of the first part does hereby bind itself and its
successors or assigns to warrant and forever defend the title to said
premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns, against the said party of the first and its successors or
assigns, and against all persons whomsoever, lawfully or equita-
ble claiming, or to claim the same.
    In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has
hereunto set its hand and seal by its President and Secretary
the date aforesaid.

me well known as the President of The Atlantic Lumber
Company, and the party who executed the foregoing deed of
conveyance, and acknowledged to me that he executed the
same of the date last aforesaid.
