County of Alachua } I Hereby Certify, that, on this 10th day
of June AD 1911, before me personally appeared W.E. Bell and
his wife Lizzie L. Bell to me known to be the persons des-
cribed in and who executed the foregoing conveyance to Ada
Kitching and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned: and the said Lizzie L. Bell the wife of the said
W.E. Bell on a private and separate examination taken and
made by and before me, and separately and apart from her
said husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a
party to the said Deed of Conveyance, for the purpose of
renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all her right
title and interest, whether of dower of separate property
statutory or equitable, in and to the lands therein described,
and that she executed any constraint, fear, apprehension
or compulsion of or from her said husband.

the County of Alachua and State of Florida the day
and year last aforesaid.

between Laura Lewis and A.W. Lewis, her husband, of the
County of Alachua, in the State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and W.H. Gunz of the County of Alachua and
the State of Florida, party of the second part.
     Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand
Three Hundred and Fifty ($1350.00) Dollars, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
