                 Before me personally S.C. Dunham, to me well
known and known to me to be the President of The Travelers Insurance
Company, the corporation named in above deed, and to be the
identical person who executed above deed in the name of and for
said corporation, and acknowledged before me that he executed
said deed in the manner and for the uses and and purposes
therein mentioned, and that he knows the corporate seal of said corpor-
ation and that the seal thereto attached is the true and genuine
seal of said corporation.
        In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand
and official seal on this the Second day of August 1911, at
the City of Hartford in the State of Connecticut.

  Alfred S. Beville.       }
      This Indenture, Made this 5th day of August AD 1911,
between Louis C. Lynch and his wife Mary H. Lynch and
Mrs. Jennie H. Beville of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, parties of the first part, and Alfred S. Beville of
the County of Duval and State of Florida, party of the second part.
 Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs, and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lots, pieces or parcels of land, towit:-
   Block ten <10> Also Lot two <2> Block Eleven <11> West
half of Lot one <1> and Lot two <2> of Block twelve <12>
according to a map or plat of Beville's Addition to Gaines-
ville recorded in Plat Book "A" page 60 of the public records of
