  F.P. Henderson.          }
     This Indenture, made this 29 day of July 1911, between
Maude C. Howard and her husband Jos. B. Howard of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, party of the first part
and F.P. Henderson of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said
party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One
dollar & other valuable consideration dollars to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
the following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, towit: Commence at
the Southeast corner of Lot four (4) in Section ten (10) township
ten (10) South of range nineteen (19) East, and run thence
West twenty one and sixty-three hundredths (21.63) chains to
the initial point of this survey, and thence run North ten (10)
chains west fifteen (15) chains, and South ten (10) chains
and thence east fifteen (15) chains back to the place of beg-
inning, containing fifteen acres of land. Together with
one certain irrigating plant, boiler, pump, piping and all
equipment thereto belonging near on said land.
