his associates or assigns, will, within three years from date
hereof, build and operate, or cause to be built and operated,
a single track line of railroad to extend from Waldo in Alachua
County, Florida, to Melrose, in said four Counties, and in con-
struction with which the above described lands are conveyed to be
used for station and depot purposes and tracks, in said town of
Melrose, this conveyance shall be absolute, but upon default thereof
the estate hereby created is to cease and determine, and the title to
said land shall revert to the party of the first part, his heirs and
assigns.
      In Witness Whereof, the first party has hereunto set her hand
and affixed her seal, this the day and year first above written.

          Before me personally appeared Mrs. Mary Saben to me
well known and known by me to be the identical person des-
cribed in and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance,
who acknowledged before me that she executed the same
as her free act and deed, and for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed.

affixed my seal of office, this third day of August, 1911.
