     This Indenture, Made this 20th day of December AD 1907
between J.M. Tolbert  of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, party of the first part, and H.M. Conerley of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida, parties of the second part.
  Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Alachua State of Florida, towit: The Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section Eight <8> and the West
half of the Southwest quarter of the of the North East quarter
of Section eight <8> in Township seven <7> Range fifteen
<15> South and East, containing sixty <60> acres more or less.
   And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
