A.G. Hill          }
    This Indenture, made this 4th day of February, AD 1911,
between W.R. McGregor and Lollie McGregor, his wife, of Alachua
County State of Florida, and T.S. Baisden, and Delia Baisden
his wife, Suwannee County State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and A.G. Hill, of Alachua County State of Florida, party, of
the second part.
  Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for the
sum of ten dollars, and other valuable considerations, to them
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, sold, and transferred, and by these presents, do bar-
gain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part and
assigns forever, an undivided two-thirds interest which is all
their right, title and interest in and to all that certain parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua, and State of
Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
   South half (S1/2) of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) Section
Eighteen (18) Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty (20)
East, containing Eighty (80) acres of land.
    Together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appur-
tenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest, and estate
dower, and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement
thereto belonging, or in any wise, appertaining:
   To Have, and To Hold the same in fee simple forever.
   And the said parties of the first part do covenant with the
said party of the second part, that they, are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free of all incumbrance,
and that they have good right and lawful authority to
sell the same; and that they will warrant and defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons.
      In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day, and year
first above written.
