To Hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant with the said
party of the second part, that they are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free of all incumbrance, and that they...
good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and that they
will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons.
    In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above

personally appeared George Montgomery Who severally acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing Deed for the purpose therein
expressed: and I further certify: that the said Martha A.
Montgomery      at an examination separate and apart from
her said husband, did acknowledge that she executed the
foregoing Deed of Conveyance and joined in the same for the
purpose of relinquishing all dower or right of dower in and to
the premises described therein, and that the relinquishment of
dower was made freely and voluntarily, and without any fear
or constraint from her husband, the said George Montgomery
