This Indenture, Made the 27th day of April 1911, between
John Kite, as Guardian of the estate of John kite, Ethel Kitie
Jake Kite, minors party of the first part, and J.B. Conerly
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the
second part, Witnesseth, That the said John Kite, as Guardian
of said minors as aforesaid having on the 25" day of April A.D.
1911, by petition applied to the Judge of the County Court in
and for Alachua County, Florida, for authority to sell certain real
estate, the property of said Minors lying and being in said County
of Alachua, and more particularly hereinafter described: and the-
prayer in said petition having appeared to said Judge to be
reasonable and just and to the best interest of said minors
and the Court being satisfied of the expediency of such sale,
having made an order dated the 25 day of April A.D. 1911
directing the said Guardian to sell the said real estate at private
sale; and thereupon the said Guardian having contracted to
sell the said real estate to the said party of the second part
for the sum of Four Hundred Dollars, to be paid as follows:-
-Cash- And the said Guardian having reported said contract
to the Court, and the Court being fully advised in the premises
and satisfied that the price offered for said real estate was fair
and reasonable, and that the conditions of such sale were such as
the interest of said minors required, having by order dated the 25
day of April A.D. 1911 ratified and confirmed said contract
of sale and ordered the said guardian to make deed to said
party of the second part of the real estate hereinafter described
upon in the terms hereinbefore set forth;
Now, Therefore, in consideration of the premises and the sum
of Four Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States
of America, to him in hand paid, at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, by the party of the second part.
