 This Indenture made this 30th day of September 1911 between A.O. Steenburg &
Margaret Steenburg his wife of the County of Alachua in the State of Fla. parties of the
first part and M S. Langford of the County of Alachua in the State of Fla party of
the second part. Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of One Hundred & fifty dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the second part heirs and assigns forever
the following described lots pieces parcels or tract of land situated and being in
Alachua County, Florida towit:-
The North half of the South West Quarter of Section Thirty four (34) Township
Nine (9) South Range sixteen East less 5 acres in the South East corner
and R.R right of way -
To Have and to hold the above described premises together with all and
singular the tenements the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining unto him the said party of the second part heirs
and assigns forever And the said parties of the first do hereby warrant the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same by through or under me.
