Alachua County     }  Personally came before me James Chesnut and Amelia
B. Chesnut, his wife, to me well and personally known, and known to be the
identical persons described in, and who executed the above and foregoing Deed
and severally acknowledged the due execution and delivery of the said Deed
at the time and place, in the manner, and for the uses and purposes as therein
set forth and contained, And the said Amelia B. Chesnut, wife of the said
James Chesnut, being by me first duly questioned and Examined, separ-
ately and apart from her said husband, acknowledged that she signed, sealed
and delivered the said deed for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing, renounc-
ing and conveying all of her dower, right of dower, and title of every kind
in and to the property therein and thereby described and that the same was
done and made by her freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

  This Indenture, made this 21st day of Sept. 1911
Between Jas T. Markey and his wife Loretta B. Markey of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and R.W. Vaughn of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the second part,
   Witnesseth:  That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five <$25.00>
Dollars, in hand paid by the Said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised,
released, and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise
release and quit claim unto the said party of the second
part and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right
title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties
