County of Volusia} This Indenture, Made and entered into on
this 28th day of April A.D. 1911, by and between Fannie R.
Johnston, a widow, of the aforesaid County and State, party of the
first part, and W.N. Camp of Marion County, Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth:
   That the said party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Three Thousand, One Hundred and
Seventy-five ($ 3,175.00) Dollars, to her cash in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath, granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened, and conveyed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm, unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs, and assigns forever, all of
those certain lots, tracts, pieces of parcels of land, situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and
particularly known, distinguished, and described as follows, towit:
 The South-west quarter (SW1/4) of the North-east quarter (NE1/4)
the South half (S1/2) of the South-west quarter (SW1/4) and the
West half (W1/2) of the South-east quarter (SE1/4) except Five (5)
acres in the South-east (SE1/4) corner of South-west quarter (SW1/4)
of South-east quarter (SE1/4), - all in and a part of Section
24, in Township 10, South of Range 20 East.
   Also, the South-west quarter (SW1/4) of the North-east quarter
(NE), the West half (W1/2) of Section 25, in Township 10, South of Range
20 East, - containing Six Hundred and Thirty-five (635) acres
of land more or less.
    Together with all and singular the rights, tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
     To Have and to Hold, the above granted and described
property and every part and parcel thereof, unto him the said
party of the second part, and to his heirs, executors, adminis-
tractors and assigns, forever in fee simple absolute.
    And the said party of the first part herein and hereby
covenants and agrees to and with the said party of the
second part, that she is seized of the fee simple title
