 Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances with every
privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of dower reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have
and to hold the same in fee simple forever. And the said party of the first part
do covenant with the said party of the second part, that she has lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free of all incumbrance, and that she has good right
and lawful authority to sell the same; and that she will warrant and defend-
the same against the lawful claims of all persons-

County of Alachua } appeared Lizzie Feagy who severally acknowledged that
they executed the foregoing Deed for the purpose therein expressed: And I further
certify, that the said Lizzie Feagy widow at an examination separate and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing
Deed of Conveyance and joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing
all dower or right of dower in and to the premises described therein and that
the relinquishment of dower was made freely and voluntarily and without
any fear or constraint from her husband, the said ---
