interest, claim and demand which the said party of the
first part have in and to the following described lots, piece
of parcel of land, towit: That part of E 1/2 of NE 1/4 Sec. 23-Tp.9
S.R 20E. lying South of Creek-containing Eight acres.
     To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs,
and assigns forever.
    In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part
has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
first above written.
