M. Killebrew, of the County of Alachua, in the State of
Florida, the receipt Whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these Presents
do grant bargain, sell and convey unto her, the said Lucy
M. Killebrew, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situa
ted, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida
particularly known, and described as follows, to wit: The East
Half of the North East Quarter, which lies, on the South side
of the Creek, in Section Twenty three (23) in Township Nine
(9), South of Range Twenty (20) East, containing by estimation
eight acres of land, more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
    To Have and To Hold, the same unto her the said Lucy M.
Killebrew, and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute. And I the said B.R. Colson, do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Lucy M. Killebrew,
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful right to
sell and convey the same unto her the said Lucy M. Killebrew and to
her heirs executors, administrators and assigns, against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomso-
ever, now claiming, or hereafter to claim the same.
     In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and
affixed my seal on this 31st day of October AD 1911.

Alachua County.      } Trustee, to me well known as the identical per-
son described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Convey-
ance, who acknowledged that he executed, signed, sealed and
delivered the said Deed of Conveyance for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed.
