being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida known and described
as follows to wit:-
Lot Thirteen (13) of Henry P. Jackson's sub division of the N 1/2 of Block 2 of
Browns Addition to Gainesville as per Plat of said sub-division recorded
in Plat Book A, page 79. Public Records of Alachua County Florida -
containing --- acres more or less-
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances as thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same, the above described and hereby granted premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, and to their heirs and
assigns to their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to and with the said party
of the second part their heirs and assigns that in all things in and about said

sale this conveyance be hath conformed to the orders of the Court and the Statutes
in such case made and provided.
