take acknowledgements mortgages &c.

            This Indenture made this 14th day of May A.D.
1909, between Z.T. Taylor Jr. Amo Taylor, his wife, D.S. Taylor &
Rebecca Taylor his wife, L. DeYampert & Mary R. DeYampert his
wife, J.P. Taylor and Birdie Taylor his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Dollars, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have remised, released and quit claimed, and by these presents
do release, sell, convey and quit claim unto the said party of the
second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demeand which the said parties of
the first part have in and to the following descrobed lot,
piece or parcel of land, to wit:-
      Commence at South East corner of Section 30 of Township 10
S. of Range 19 E. thence run North 8 chains to beginning of land
hereby described: thence run West 8 chains: thence run North
19 chains: thence East 8 chains: thence South 19 chains to
place of beginning, containing 15 acres, same being in Alachua
County, Florida.
   To Have and To Hold, the same and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatever of the said parties of
the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
    In Witness whereof, The said parties of the first part
