and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land towit
Lot 53, in Section 27 of Township 9 S, of Range 19 E in Alachua
County Florida containing ten acres of land more or less.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has hereunto
set its hands and seals the day and year first above written.

the foregoing instrument, acknowledged the execution thereof to be his
free act, and deed as General Manager and chief Executive officer of the
Kimmey Lumber Company, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned:
