County of Alachua } Be it known, that before me, a Notary Public, personally
appeared W.R. McGregor and Lollie M. McGregor, his wife, who severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing Deed for the
purpose therein expressed: and I further certify, that the said Lollie
McGregor, wife of W.R. McGregor, at an examination separate and
apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she executed
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and joined in the same for the
purpose of relinquishing all dower or right of dower in and to
the premises described therein, and that the relinquishment
of dower was made freely and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
husband, the said W.R. McGregor.

personally appeared T.S. Baisden and Delia Baisden, his wife
who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
Deed for the purpose therein expressed: and I further certify
that the said Delia Baisden, wife of T.S. Baisden, at an ex-
amination separate and apart from said husband, did acknow-
ledge that she executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and
joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all
dower or right of dower in and to the premises described
therein, and that the relinquishment of dower was made
freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband, the said
T.S. Baisden.
