And the said parties of the first part covenant and agree to and with the party of
the second part that he will defend the title to said land against the lawful claims
and demands of their executors, administrators and assigns and all persons
claiming the same by through or under the said parties of the first part.

This Indenture Made this 18th day of November AD 1911 between Mrs Sarah
M Douglas (formerly Mrs J W Bennett) and her husband F.J. Douglas
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and,
Dora L. Adams of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
second part.
 Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Seventeen ($ 17.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and
quit claimed, and by these presents do remise release and quit claim unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right
title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of the first part have in
and to the following described lot piece or parcel of land towit:-
The North half of Block A 10 of Section 3 as described upon Plat of Evergreen
Cemetery as recorded in Public Records of Alachua County.
To Have and to hold the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining and all the estates, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said parties of the first part, either in
