renouncing and relinquishing her seaprate statutory property and
dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and heredit-
aments therein described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed said deed freely and without any compulsion, con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Mrs D.S. Taylor, his wife, to me know to be the persons described
in, and who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally acknow-
ledged thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned: and the said Mrs _ _ Taylor, the wife of
the said D.S. Taylor, on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower,
in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein des-
cribed and thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

described and thereby granted and released and that she executed said deed freely
