Alexander Francisco }
      This Indenture, made this 1st day of May, 1911, between
E.E. Cannon and wife S.F. Cannon of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, parties of the first part and Alexander
Francisco of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: that the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten [10] Dollars and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described lots,
pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to wit:  Lots eleven [11] of the Leonard survey of
North half of Section Six [6] in Township ten [10] S of Range 20
East as per plat Book "A" page 44, of the Public records of
Alachua Co.
      To Have and To Hold the above described premises together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurte-
nances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining,
unto him the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns
forever.  And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
