and shall pay all taxes and insurance for the within described
property, in to the possession of which from the date hereof, it
is hereby, agreed he shall enter and continue, thru the said L.
O. Chastain & wife Jessie Chastain shall execute a deed in
fee simple to the said W.H. Holloway for the aforesaid property
when this obligation is to be void, else to remain in full force
and virtue.

wife of Jessie Chastain who executed the foregoing Bond for
Title, who, being examined separate, and apart from her hus-
band, acknowledges that she made herself a party to the fore-
going bond for the purpose of releasing & relinquishing her
right of dower, conditioned upon, and for the faithful perform-
ance of the covenants therein made, and that the same is
done of her own free will and accord and without compulsion
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
