party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower, or right of dower and all other estate, right, title, interest
& claim in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

    This Warranty Deed of Conveyance, Executed this 21st
day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and eleven by and between Monroe Venable and Helena M.
Venable, his wife of the first part, and John B. Padgett of the
second part: Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and
twenty five no/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents they give,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs, that certain
property in the County of Alachua and State of Florida describ-
ed as follows: All that part of Lot Number Seven (7) of the plat
of Mackey and Hudson land as recorded in Deed Book "J"
page 906 of the public records of Alachua County Florida and
according to a more recent survey made by W.C. Miller
Civil Engineer and recorded in Plat Book "A" page 33 of the Public
Records of said Alachua County, Fla. which land lies between
the portions of said lot owned by Wm. Watts on the North and
on the South by the Public School lot on the East by lot number
(6) Six and lot number twenty (20) of the said plat and on
the West by the public school except the following described por-
tions of said party of said lot heretofore described to-wit: The
right of way of the Gainesville and Gulf Railway also in
