The said sale of the said property and appointing
me, K.B. Dial, as a Commissioner to execute a
Deed to the said Bamah Cheves and Wallace R. Cheves; 
Therefore; For and in consideration of the premises,
and in consideration of the said sum of Eighty-one
& 25/100 ($ 81.25) Dollars paid as aforesaid by the said
purchasers to the said Frances D. Sapp, as Guardian
of and for Vernice Lee Holt and William Irvin Holt,
and under and by virtue of the said Order of Con-
firmation made as aforesaid on the said 23rd day
of December, AD 1911, I, K.B. dial, as Commissioner
as aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto Them, the said
Bamah Cheves and Wallace R. Cheves, and their heirs
and assigns forever, all those certain lots, tracts,
pieces or parcels of land situated, lying and being
in the Town of Newberry in the County of Alachua,
and the State of Florida, and particularly known
distinguished and described as follows, to-wit:-
Lots Four and Five (4&5) of Block Nineteen (19) of
The Town of Newberry: Together with all and singular
the right, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold The above granted and described
property and every part and parcel Thereof unto Them,
the said Bamah Cheves and Wallace R. Cheves,
and their heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns forever, in fee simple absolute.
In Testimony Whereof, I, the said K.B. Dial, as
Commissioner aforesaid, have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on this 30th day of
December AD 1911.
