     This Indenture, made this 26" day December AD 1889
Between J. H.B. Guinn, and his wife Sallie M. Guinn and B.
Rhett Hunter and his wife Hester E. Hunter and Simeon E.C.
Collins and his wife M. Lewis Collins of the County of Columbia
and the State of Florida, parties of the first part and James R.
Lites party of the second part of the County of Columbia and
the State of Florida:
    Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first pat for and
in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars ($300.00)
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hath bargained sold and transferred and by these
presents doth bargain, sell and transfer unto the party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua, and the State
of Florida and more particularly described as follows to wit:
  Thee Sevenths undivided interest in the following described lands
The North East quarter 1/4 of Section Twenty Two (22) and the North
West quarter 1/4 Twenty three (23) and the South West (1/4) of the
South West quarter (1/4) of Section (14) Fourteen, Township Eight (8)
Range Seventeen (17) S & E. containing in all three Hundred
and Sixty acres more or less. Together with the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances with every privilege, right, title, in-
terest, and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, rema-
inder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining. To Have and To Hold the same in fee simple
forever. And the said parties of the first part doth covenant
with the said party of the second part that they are lawfully
seized of said premises that are free of all incumbrances and
that they have good right and lawful authority to sell the
same and they will forever warrant and defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons.
    In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part hath
hereunto set their hands and seals in the day and year
above written.
