            I, an officer authorized to take acknowledgments
of deed, Hereby Certify that Monroe Venable and Helena M. Vena-
ble his wife personally known to me to be the individuals des-
cribed in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and that
said individual this day acknowledged before me that they
executed said instrument.

April AD 1911 at Archer in said County, and State.

           This Indenture, Made this 19th day of Apl. A
D 1911, between H.A. Pickett of the County of Alachua and State
of Fla. part of the first part, and Mrs. Mary A. Fowler of the
County of Alachua and State of Fla. part of the second part,
for and in consideration of One dollar and love and affection
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-claimed
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, and her heirs and assigns
forever all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said party of the first part have in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land to-wit: Undivided one half
interest in the South East corner of block <3> three Range one
of the original survey of the City of Gainesville, Fla. more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the South
east corner of said block running thence North ninety feet
thence West one hundred and twenty feet, thence South ninety
feet to Magnolia street, thence one hundred and twenty feet
east to point of beginning, containing 10,800 square feet
more or less, it being the same property conveyed to the grantor
herein, by B.A. Thrasher, widower said deeds recorded in the
