public records of Alachua Co. Florida in book 56 of deeds on
pages 168 and 169, June 16 - 1902.      
   To Have and To Hold the same together with all and sing-
ular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said part-
ies of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
   In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written.

           I Hereby Certify, That on this 19th day of April
1911 before me W.H. Tucker, a Notary Public personally appeared
H.A. Pickett and Mrs. E. Pickett, his wife, to me known to be
the persons described in, and who executed the foregoing in-
strument, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein men-
tioned: and the said Mrs. E.F. Pickett, the wife of the said H.A.
Pickett on an examination taken and made separately and
apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands,
tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released, and that she executed said deed freely
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

aforesaid.
