Alachua County       } Know All Men by these Presents: That
I, J.G. Sherouse of the County of Alachua, State of Florida, am
held and firmly bound unto G.A. Byles of the County of Alachua
State of Florida, in the sum of Two Hundred Fifty dollars for
the payment whereof well and truly to be made I bind myself
my heirs, executors and administrators are bound firmly
by these presents.
 Signed and sealed this 17th day of March A.D. 1910,
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas
the said G.A. Byles has this day bargained and sold to
the said J.G. Sherouse the following described property,
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida: Towit:- Beginning at the South East corner
of the South East quarter of Section 25- Township
Nine Range 21 East and run North 25 chains, thence
West 40 chains, thence South 25 chains, thence East 40
chains to point of beginning, containing by estimation
100 acres, more or less.
( G.A. Byles reserves turpentine and timber privileges
to and including Dec. 31st. 1916).
  And in consideration thereof, the said J.G. Sherouse
has executed 1 certain promissory note of even date here-
with, payable on the 31st. day of December 1916.
  Now, if the said J.G. Sherouse shall and truly pay the
said promissory note, with interest as stated therein, into the
possession of which from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed
he shall enter and continue, then the said G.A. Byles
shall execute a deed in fee simple to the said J.G. Sherouse
for the aforesaid property, when this obligation is to be
void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
