This Indenture, Made this 14" day of September
A.D. 1907, between H.E. Taylor and Mary S. Taylor his wife,
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and Anthony Polite of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth:- That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Forty Dollars
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said parties of the first
part have in and to the following described lot, piece, or
parcel of land, towit:- That certain piece or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of
Florida described as follows: The West half of the South West
quarter, of the North west quarter, of the North West quarter
Section fifteen, Township ten South of Range Twenty East.
(W1/2 of SW4 of N.W4 of NW 4 Sec. 15-10-20) beginning at a point
ten chains South of Section corner past between Section
Nin-ten-fifteen and Sixteen (T.10-S.R. 20E) and running
thence East five chains to a stake: thence South ten chains
ten chains to a stake: thence West five chains to a stake
in Section line between Sections fifteen & sixteen, thence
North ten chains to place of beginning, containing five
acres more or less.
