Alachua County   }  Before me personally appeared Wyley Bailey,
Guardian of Green Moore, a Minor, personally Known to me
to be the identical person described in and who executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance, who, as such Guardian, acknowl-
edged that he executed, signed, sealed and delivered the said
Deed of Conveyance as his free and voluntary act, for the uses
and purposes therein contained and expressed.

J.A. Williams & et al }
This Indenture, Made this 3rd day of November, AD 1911
between Wyley Bailey and Mary Bailey, his wife, of the County
of Alachua, and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and J.A. Williams and Linus P. Hardee, of the said County and
State, parties of the second part.
      Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valu-
able considerations to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all the un-
divided interests of the said parties of the first part as
follows: to the said J.A. Williams three-fourths of such undi-
vided interests of the parties of the first part, and to the said
Linus P. Hardee one-fourth of said undivided interests of the
parties of the first part, in and to the South-west quarter of
Section Seven (7), Township Ten (10), South of Range Nineteen
(19) East.
