for the east boundary line and the old run of sweetwater branch for
a west boundary line said tract being an extension of land in ceme-
tery enclosure and of a tract purchased of Mrs. Veeder by Percy F.
Wilson and also a strip of land 30 feet wide South of said Wilson
tract, containing 28.67 acres and being part of Sec. 16 Tp. 10 R 20,
   Saving and excepting from said tract the land sold to Ever-
green Cemetery Association and chase and Prindle for cemetery
purposes, as well be ever reference to Deed Book # 70. at pages 55-
56-58 of Public records of Alachua County, the land hereby conveyed
containing 105 acres more or less.
   And being that same identical land described in deed from
W.R. Thomas and wife to R.B. Livingston as the same appears of
record in deed book 78 at page 218 of the public records of
aforesaid State and County.
    To Have and To Hold the above described lands together
with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
   And the said parties of the first part hereby covenant and
agree that they and their heirs, executors and adminis-
trator will forever warrant and defend the title to said land
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons whomsoever.
    In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
on the day and year first above written.
