compulsion or constraint of or from her said husband.

Alachua County  } This Indenture, Made this 21st day of Sept-
ember AD 1910, between D.W. Holder, Texanna Holder his wife:
W.D. Holder, Josephine Holder his wife. Elizabeth J. Sapp,
and Shadrick Sapp her husband, heirs at law to the Estate
of Mary J. Sapp deceased of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the first part and W.W. Watson of the County
of Levy and State of Florida party of the second part.
    Witnesseth:- That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand <$1000> Dollars
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
quit-claimed and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said parties of the first part have in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, towit:-
   The North-West quarter of the Northwest quarter and the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty
<20> Township Ten <10> South of Range Fifteen <15> East, contain
ing 80 acres more or less, situate in Alachua County State
of Florida.
      To Have and To Hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, 
and claim whatsoever of the said parties of the first part
