or less. To have and to Hold the same, together with all and 
singular the appurtenances Thereunto belonging or in anywise
Thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim Whatever of the said parties of the first part,
either in law or equity to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.

I Hereby Certify That on This 11th day of December 1903 before
me, A Notary Public for The State of Florida at Large person-
ally appeared W.R. Thomas and Katie M. Thomas his wife, to me
known to be the persons described in, and who executed the fore-
going instrument, and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and pur-
poses therein mentioned: And the said Katie M. Thomas the wife
of the said W.R. Thomas on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowl
edge that she made herself a party to the said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of
dower, in and to the land, tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released, and that she execu-
ted said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
