County of Columbia}  Be it known that before me a Notary Public
for the State of Florida at large, personally appeared J.H.B. Gunnin
and Sallie M. Gunnin, his wife B.R. Hunter and Hester E. Hunter his
wife, Simeon E. Collins and M. Lennie Collins his wife who severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
for the purpose therein expressed, and I further certify that the
said Sallie M. Gunnin and Hester E. Hunter and M. Lennie Collins
at an examination, separate and apart from their said husband
did acknowledge that they executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
and joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all dower
or right of dower in and to the premises described therein and
that the relinquishment of dower was made freely and volun-
tary and without any fear or constraint from their husbands
the said J.H.B. Gunnin, B. Rhett Hunter and Simeon E.C. Collins.

We, Mary Gunnin widow, Annie E. Lites & Jas R. Lites her
husband, Mary R. Roberts & W.H. Roberts her husband Wynona
G. Means & A.M. Means her husband of the County of Col-
umbia, State of Florida, am held and firmly bound unto
T.J. Terry of the Town of High Springs County of Alachua
State of Florida, in the sum of Thirteen Hundred & Fifty
$1350.00 Dollars for the payment whereof well and truly
to be made we find ourselves, heirs, executors and
administrators firmly by these presents.
    Signed, and sealed this 23rd. day of October AD 1901,
    The Condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the said Mary Gunnin, Annie E. Lites, Jas R. Lites,
Mary R. Roberts & W.H. Roberts, W.G. Means & A.M. Means
