separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge That she
Made herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands
tenements and hereditaments Therein described and Thereby granted
and released, and That she executed said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.

That R.B. Hodgson of the aforesaid County and State, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars to me in hand paid by J.P. Fry
of the County of Alachua in The State of Florida the receipt Whereof
I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
quit-claim unto The The said J.P. Fry all That certain lot, piece,
tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows to-wit:
Lot Ten (10) Block Ten (10) In Town of Archer Alachua County, Florida
containing by estimation - acres of land, more or less. Together
with all and singular The tenements, hereditament and appurten-
ances to The same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold The same unto him The said J.P. Fry and
to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, all
and every, my right, title, interest claim and demand, of
