Justice of the Peace personally appeared B.B. Keep & Lena Keep
who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purpose therein expressed, and I further Certify
that the said Lena Keep at an examination separate
and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and joined
in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all dower or
right of dower in and to the premises described herein
and that the relinquishment of dower was made freely
and voluntarily, and without any fear or constraint
from her husband, the said B.B. Keep

widow Rachel W. Haile, widow formerly Rachel W. Denton
heirs at Law of H.C. Denton and Amy Denton deceased
and heirs at Law of Eliza Denton deceased, of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part and W.R. McKinstry of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, parties of the second part.
  Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars
in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
Sold, conveyed, remised, released and quit-claimed.
