and by these presents do sell, convey, remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said parties of the second part, and
their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest
claim and demand which the Said parties of the first
part have in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land in Alachua County, Florida, to wit:
Lot Seven (7) of Section Ten (10) of Township (10) Ten
S. of Range Nineteen (19) East.
          To Have and To Hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said part-
ies of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the Said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
          In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
day, and year first above written

           I Hereby Certify, That, on this 1st day of June 1911,
before me Evans Haile, a Notary Public personally appeared
Mrs Eula Ettel, widow, and Mrs Kate M. Denton, Said
Kate M. Denton being the widow of H.C. Denton, deceased
and she and said Eula Ettel widow their, daughter being
the heirs at law of H.C. Denton deceased, and Rachel W.
Haile a widow the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned
