This Indenture, Made This Nineth day of March AD 1911,
Between George Elliott and Mary Ann Elliott his wife of The
County of Putnam and State of Florida parties of the first
part, and S.R. Buell of the County of Osborne and State of
Kansas party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum 
of Six hundred OO/100 Dollars, to Them in hand paid, The re-
ceipt Whereof if hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold
and transferred, and by These presents do bargain, sell and trans-
fer unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and ass-
igns forever, all That certain parcel of land lying and being in
The County of Alachua and State of Florida more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at The North East corner of the
South East quarter of The North East quarter of Section Twenty
four (24),  Township Nine (9) South of Range twenty-two (22) East,
running thence West four hundred and forty yards (440)
to a stake, The North West corner of said land Thence South
one hundred and ten yards (110) to a stake, Thence East four
hundred and forty yards (440) to a stake, Thence North one hund-
dred and ten (110) yards to place of beginning.
It is understood That The water privileges at high water
mark is reserved for well purposes only.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances,
with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and
right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining: To Have And To Hold The
same in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first
do covenant with The said party of the second part
That They are lawfully seized of The said premises, That They are
free from all incumbrances and That They have good right
and lawful authority to sell the same: And That They will
warrant and defend The same against The lawful claims of
all persons.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of The first part have here-
unto set Their hands and seals The day and year above written.
