        This Indenture, Made this 10th day of
February A.D. 1912, between Margaret Hutchinson, widow
of the County of Westmoreland, England and James
Parkinson Shepherd of the County of Cumberland
England, Executors of the last will and testament
of Christopher Hutchinson, deceased late of the County
of Westmoreland, England and Christopher John
James Hutchinson of Caithatime, Ceylors, by their
Attorney in fact, Frank Drake of the County of
Marion & State of Florida, parties of the first part
and J.W. Chamberlin of the County of Alachua & State
of Florida, party of the second part
  Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for & in consideration of the sum of Six hundred
dollars paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained & sold to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever-the fol-
lowing described land situated in the County of
of Alachua & State of Florida, towit: - That part of
Lots 35 and 46 of Lot 9 of the Leitner Lands of the
Moses E. Levy Grant described as follows, commencing
at a stake on the dividing line between Lots 35 and
36 - 14 chains South from N.W. corner of said Lot 35
thence E 6 16 chains, thence 51 degrees 15' E. 1405 chains, thence
E 4 65 chains to E. boundry to S.E. corner of Lot 46,
thence W to S.W. corner of said Lot 46, thence N. to
point of beginning & being the same lands as con-
veyed by Jennie B. Stewart & G.H. Stewart to Chris-
topher Hutchinson on April 27th 1891 & recorded
