    This Indenture, Made this ... day of January A.D. 1912,
between J.L. Kelley and .... Kelley his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part, and
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, parties of the second part.
 Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollars, in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these pres-
ents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties of the
second part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title
interest, claim and demand which the said parties of the
first part have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, towit: A strip of land thirty feet wide off of the West
side of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 Sec. 32-Twp. 9.S. Range 20 E.
 Also a strip land thirty feet wide off of the Southside of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, commencing Two Hundred fifteen feet West of
Section line between Sec. 32 and Sec. 33 and extending to the
West side of SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Sec. 32-Twp. 9. S. Range 20E.
   To Have and To Hold the same, for road purposes only & this
she shall be null and void if the ditch-on the East side of the
A.C.L. Railroad is obstructed together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law or equity to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever.
    In Witness Whereof, The said part 10 of the first hath
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
above written.
