1912. before me, a Clerk of the Circuit Court personally appeared
J.L. Kelley, his wife, to me known to be the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned: and the said Lilian M. Kelley
the one of the said J.L. Kelly on an examination taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower in
and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein descri-
bed, and thereby granted and released, and that she execu-
ted said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband. 
    Witness my hand and seal at Gainesville the date aforesaid.

This Indenture, Made This 9th day of November, AD 1911,
Between Mrs Maggie M. Mc Kay of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part, and Mrs Maude
B. Moyer of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and trans-
ferred, and by these presents does bargain, sell and trans-
fer unto the said party of the second part and her heirs
and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North West corner of Section Thirty
Six Township Eleven Range Twenty-one East run
South along section line twelve chains and one rod
