Between Dessie D. Presley (widow)
of the County of Abbeville in the State of South Carolina,
party of the first party and O. John Nicholson
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, party of
the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Three hundred & no Dollars,
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bar-
gained and sold to the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
to wit: Lot no 4 Block no 26 Beginning at S.W. Corner
of said Lot & run S.E along right of way of the A.C.L.
Ry Two hundred feet (200) ft thence W. One hundred feet
(100)_ft thence N.W. Two hundred feet (200) ft thence S.W.
to place of beginning, Originally Known as Fairt Mount
now High Springs

And the said party of the first part doth hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
