Between Wesley Harris and Wife of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part, and C.W. Baldwin
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Five $ 25 Dollars,
to me in hand paid, The receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has bargained, sold and transferred, and by these pres-
ents do bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all That
certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida more particularly described
as follows:  South E 1/4 of South W 1/4 Sec. 26 Township 10-
Range 19, 40 acres more or less.
