parcel of land towit: - The N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 24 in
Township 7. South Range 19 East, containing 80 acres of land
in the County & State aforesaid. State of Florida Alachua County.
  To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
