I Hereby Certify, That on this 30 day of December AD 1911,
before me personally appeared Essie Manning (nee Brown)
and J.M. Manning to me known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing conveyance to Jno B. Cow-
ard and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein men-
tioned;
Witness my signature and official seal at Archer in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida the day and year last
aforesaid.

This Deed, made the third day of February AD 1912 by Leigh
M. Pearsall and May M. Pearsall hereinafter called the grant-
ors, to L.M. Baldwin hereinafter called the grantee. Witnesseth,
That the said grantors, in consideration of one dollar
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the
said grantee, and their heirs and assigns, in fee simple the
lands situate in Melrose, Alachua County, State of Florida,
described as follows:
Commencing at the corner of Bellamy Avenue and Quail Street
thence westerly along the south side of Bellamy Avenue one
hundred (100) feet more or less to a stake and place of be-
ginning, said stake being the northwesterly corner of land
owned by W.H. Dunbar, formerly Mrs H.C. Baldwin; thence
westerly along the south side of Bellamy Avenue one hundred
and seventy eight (178) feet, more or less to a stake at the corner
of land owned by J.A. Board and Bellamy Avenue; thence
southerly bounded on the west by land of said J.A. Board
Eighty four (84) feet more or less to a stake at the inter-
section of land of said J.A. Board and of the grantor
formerly owned by F.U. Tolles; thence easterly bounded
on the south by land of the grantor formerly owned
