by F.W. Tolles one hundred and seventy eight (178) feet
more or less to a stake; said stake being the southwest corner
of land owned by W.H. Dunbar; thence northerly bounded on the
east by land of said Dunbar one hundred and nineteen
(119) feet more or less to place of beginning, situated in
Melrose, Alachua County, Florida; Section thirteen (13) Township
nine (9), South of Range twenty two (22) East. The intention of
this conveyance is to convey all the land conveyed to the
grantor by deed From E. Benham, dated October 4th 1909
and recorded on page 492, book 78, public records of Alachua
County, Florida.
Also the following described lots:
Commencing at the corner of Bellamy Avenue and Quail 
Street, thence south on Quail Street along the line of land
of W.H. Dunbar formerly Mrs H.C. Baldwin one hundred
and thirty five (135) feet more or less to a stake being
the southeasterly corner of land owned by said W.H. Dunbar
to place of beginning; thence westerly along the line of land
owned by said Dunbar and the grantor three hundred and
forty seven (347) feet more or less to a stake in land
owned by J.A. Board; thence southerly binding on land
of said Board one hundred and fifty (150) feet more or
less to a stake; thence easterly three hundred and
sixty two (362) feet more or less to a stake in the
west line of Quail St; thence northerly along the west
line of Quail Street one hundred and fifty (150) feet
more or less to a place of beginning, all in Section thir-
teen (13), Township nine (9), South of Range twenty two
(22) East, town of Melrose. The purpose of this indenture is
to convey to the grantee the land conveyed to the gran-
tor by A.E. Pearsall July 31st, 1909, filed for record April
14th 1910 and recorded on page 455 in book 78 Public Records
of Alachua County Florida.
To Have and to hold the same, together with the heredit-
aments and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, and his
heirs and assigns in fee simple, and the said grantors,
for them and their heirs and legal representatives, covenant
with said grantee, his heirs, legal representatives and assigns:
That said grantors are indefeasibly seized of said land in
fee simple; that said grantors have full power and lawful
right to convey said land in fee simple, as aforesaid;
